Ingredients
Product | amount |
Tilapia fillet | 5 servings |
Leek | 50 g |
Potatoes | 2 pcs. |
Medium-sized carrots | 1 PC. |
Red onion | 1/2 onion |
Salt | 1/2 tsp |
Ground black pepper | 1/4 tsp |
Vegetable oil | 50 ml |
Worcester sauce | 1 tsp |
Lemon juice | 5 ml |
Step cooking
- First you need to prepare all the necessary ingredients. Wash and peel the potatoes thoroughly. Cut into round slices, like chips. We clean the onion, cut in half and cut one half into half rings. Leek also cut into half rings, but slightly diagonally. Wash and peel the carrots. Cut into circles.
- In a small bowl or bowl, mix the sauce. For this we need 40 ml of vegetable oil, 1 tsp. Worcester sauce, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp ground black pepper and 5 ml of lemon juice. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly.
- Next, take the foil and cut out 5 square plates. We spread several potato slices on each piece of foil, evenly distribute red onion and carrot slices, sliced in half rings, on top.
- On top of the vegetables, lay out a portion of a tilapia fillet, sprinkle with chopped leek and pour 3-4 tsp. sauce.
- Carefully wrap in foil, forming a small bag. We put it on a baking sheet and put in the oven preheated to 180 degrees. Bake for 40 minutes.
- This dish is best served hot, right in the foil, without unwrapping it. Enjoy your meal.
