Step cooking
Vegetables
- With 250 g of tomatoes, cut the stalks and cut into slices. You can spread the vegetables immediately on a baking sheet, or you can in a separate bowl.
- We cut 100 g of onion coarsely into rings, half rings, or you can, like a tomato, into slices.
- 300 g of zucchini cut into 4 parts and also cut into slices.
- Add 150 g of bell pepper, sliced.
- Pour 1.5 tbsp. l salt. Sprinkle with ground provencal herbs - 1/3 tsp.
- Add 40 g of vegetable oil. We mix everything so that the vegetables are saturated with the aroma of each other. We put in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
A fish
- 600 g of fish salt 0.5 tbsp. l salt and spray 1 tsp. lemon juice.
- Sprinkle and rub 1/3 tsp. a mixture of peppers.
- After 10 minutes, remove the vegetables from the oven and mix. We put it back into the oven and wait another 10 minutes.
- We get the vegetables and mix again. We spread fish on vegetables. We put in the oven and wait another 8-10 minutes.
- Cut a small 1 bunch of greens.
- We spread the fish and vegetables on a plate and decorate with fresh herbs.
Cooking options
- The fish fillet can be laid out on vegetables not only in whole halves, but also in sliced portioned portions (divide one half of the carcass into 4-5 parts).
- Rub with any spices, for example, ground paprika.
- Grate the fish with spices and vegetable oil, and leave to marinate for 30 minutes, and only then bake in the oven for vegetables.
- You can take any vegetables: carrots, broccoli, asparagus, cauliflower, garlic, etc.
- Vegetables should be no less than 500 g.
- Vegetables are cut arbitrarily: in cubes, and slices, and circles.
- When the chopped vegetables are stacked in a bowl, mix them with your hands and crush a little, but do not push the vegetables to let the juice flow.
- Serve with mashed potatoes, boiled rice.
- Season with tomato or cream and sour cream sauce.
