To cook a delicious and juicy fillet of pollock breaded in a pan, you need these products:

Step cooking
- Take 500 g of pollock fillet and cut it into slices approximately 1.5 cm thick. If you use compressed frozen fish, it is better not to defrost it completely. In addition, any low-fat fish is suitable for this recipe.
- In a small bowl, beat with a fork one large or two small chicken eggs. In a separate container, mix 5 tbsp. l flour with spices that you like to use when cooking fish, and salt. Determine the amount of seasoning and salt to your taste. Also, for breading you will need half a glass of sesame seeds. They should be poured into a separate bowl.
- Take a piece of fish, roll it in flour with spices from all sides, then dip in a bowl with beaten eggs, then carefully roll in sesame.
- Do the same with the remaining pieces of pollock.
- Heat the pan over high heat, after pouring 6-7 tbsp. l vegetable oil.
- After the pan is heated, reduce the heat, making it less than average. If you fry the fish over high heat, the breading will burn, and the fillet itself will not be fried. Put the breaded pollock slices in a pan and fry on both sides until a beautiful golden crust is obtained.
- After you fry all the pieces of fish, turn off the stove, clean the pan from oil to dryness and put the finished fillet in it. Cover the pan and leave the fish as it is for a short while. Put the prepared pieces of pollock in sesame on plates and serve.
Decoration methods and serving options
Fried pollock in sesame seeds looks very appetizing thanks to a golden crisp. Serving such a fish on the table is best with a side dish.
As a side dish, mashed potatoes or rice with vegetables are suitable.
Sliced greens and fresh vegetables will also decorate the dish. Sprinkle the fish with finely chopped parsley or dill. Also, leek is suitable for decoration. Put slices of fresh tomato and slices of cucumber on a plate next to the pieces of fish. In addition, for a brighter serving, you can use sweet bell peppers in yellow and red.
