Ingredients
- Turkey fillet - 500 g
- Onions - 3 pcs.
- Potato - 500 g
- Champignons - 300 g
- Tomatoes - 3 pcs.
- Hard cheese - 200 g
- Mayonnaise - 150 ml
- Sour cream - 150 ml
- Spices to taste
- Salt to taste
- Vegetable oil - for lubrication
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Dill greens - 3-5 branches
Step cooking
- To begin, prepare all the necessary ingredients. We wash the vegetables, mushrooms, fillets and dry with a towel. Cut the turkey fillet across the fibers into 1 cm thick slices.
- We put the fillet pieces on a cutting board, cover with a plastic bag and beat off. Turn the fillet over to the other side, cover again with polyethylene and beat off.
- Salt the beaten turkey filet and add spices to taste.
- Peel the mushrooms and cut into pieces. Peel two onions and cut into small cubes.
- We put the frying pan on the fire, pour a little vegetable oil and spread the onion to fry until golden. Next, put the mushrooms in a pan and fry until tender, stirring occasionally. Salt and pepper to taste. Lubricate the baking dish with vegetable oil and spread on the bottom of the fillet.
- We clean the remaining onion and cut into thin plates. We spread it on top of the fillet.
- For sauce, combine in a bowl mayonnaise, sour cream, pepper and add a little water. Mix everything well until smooth. Turn on the preheat oven to 180 degrees.
- We smear the meat with onions in the form of a sauce on top.
- Peel the potatoes and cut into thin circles 2 mm thick.
- Spread the sliced potatoes with the next layer in a baking dish. Lubricate with sauce.
- We spread the fried champignon with onions in the next layer. Next, put the potatoes again in one layer and grease the sauce on top.
- In tomatoes, remove the core and cut into thin half rings. Leave some slices to decorate the finished dish. All other pieces are laid out with the next layer in the mold. And top with a little sauce.
- Cover the mold with foil and set to bake in the oven for 60-70 minutes.
- Grate hard cheese on a coarse grater. 10 minutes before readiness, we take out the form from the oven, remove the foil and spread a layer of grated cheese on top. We put bake back in the oven.
- We take out the finished dish from the oven, decorate with slices of tomatoes and sprigs of dill on top. Enjoy your meal!
