Step cooking
- Thoroughly wash the four hake fillets and check for pits. If they are, then carefully remove them with tweezers. Cut all the fillets into large pieces.

- In a separate bowl, break two chicken eggs and beat them with a fork.
- Pour 40 grams of vegetable oil onto a non-stick frying pan and set it on the stove to warm up. Pour 60 grams of wheat flour onto a flat plate to make it easy to roll the fish in it. Bone each piece of hake on both sides, first in flour, and then in beaten eggs.

- Peel and wash two onions and two carrots. Rub carrots on a coarse grater.
- Cut the onion into a small cube.

- Then add the grated carrots to the pan and fry until cooked.
- Lubricate the baking dish with the sides with 10 grams of vegetable oil and spread the fish in one layer.
- We spread a small amount of fried vegetables on each piece of hake.
- On a coarse grater, rub 100 grams of hard cheese and sprinkle hake fillet on it.
