Step cooking
- For cooking, you need 400 g of hake fillet. It can not always be found in the store, in most cases, frozen fish is sold. You can use the whole hake, but it needs to be properly cut. To do this, a large incision is made along the upper fin and up to the ridge. Carefully remove the hake filet from the bone. Do the same with another filet.
- To make the hake tastier, it is prepared with a special sauce. To prepare it, you need 1 tomato. 4 cruciform incisions are made on the vegetable. In a pre-prepared bowl with hot water, place the tomato for several minutes. After 2-3 minutes, a tomato is taken out and transferred to cold water, which will allow the skin to separate from the vegetable itself. Gently peel using a knife. If this is not done, then the sauce will turn out not so soft.
- To give the hake fillet a special flavor, use 3 cloves of garlic, which are cut into small cubes. If you do not like garlic, then you can squeeze only juice out of it. Thus, the taste of the fish will be bright, while there will be no bad breath.
- Put chopped garlic in a deep bowl and add 4 tbsp. l sour cream.
- Cut 3-4 branches of green onions. Do not grind greens much. Pour it into a bowl with garlic and sour cream.
- A few branches of parsley and dill are cut, adding to a common bowl. Add 1 sprig of thyme to the bowl with herbs. The peeled tomato is cut into small cubes and added to greens and sour cream.
- Bell pepper is cut in half and cleaned from seeds. Cut into small strips. A similar product adds a sweet touch to the dish.
- Prepare a baking dish, pouring it 2-3 tbsp. l vegetable oil. Hake fillet is spread, salting it only on one side to taste. There is no need to salt on both sides, since during baking the salt completely soaks all the fish.
- Chopped bell peppers are laid on top of the fish.
- Thoroughly stir the sour cream sauce and cover it with the entire surface of the hake fillet.
- Rubbed on a coarse grater 150 g of cheese of medium hardness. Any cheese that suits your taste is suitable for the dish, it is important that it melts well in the oven. Sprinkle cheese over sour cream sauce.
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and put the form with hake fillet there.
- After 20 minutes, take the finished dish out of the oven. Using a spatula, lay the hake filet on a beautiful plate. They serve fish with herbs, tomatoes and 1 small slice of lemon, from which you can squeeze the juice on top of the fish.
