Step cooking
- For cooking, we need 400 g of pink salmon fillet. You can buy a ready-made filet or make it yourself. To do this, slightly freeze the carcass of the fish - it will be more convenient to cut the flesh. Trim the meat, remove the bones. Cut the fillet into small portions. You can use any other red fish for baking.
- Pour vegetable oil onto a baking sheet so that it covers the bottom. We spread the fillet of pink salmon with a layer.
- Sprinkle with salt, black pepper and fish seasoning on top. You can pre-sprinkle fish with spices, mix, and only then spread on a baking sheet. Spices can use absolutely any at your discretion. Adjust their number to your taste.
- Peel the onion, rinse, cut into thin quarters and sprinkle the fish on top.
- Pour 100-120 ml of cold water into a baking sheet. We send the fish to the oven, bake at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes.
- At this time, we rub the cheese on a fine grater. You can take any cheese to your taste. The main thing is that it is fresh, you like it, and melt well.
- After 20 minutes we take out the fish, sprinkle with a layer of grated cheese and again send it to the oven.
- Bake for another 10 minutes until golden brown.
- Baking time will also depend on the oven. But try not to overexpose the fish so that it turns out to be juicy, not dry. After baking, we take out the baking sheet from the oven, let it cool slightly, divide it into portion pieces and put it on a plate. Serve with your favorite side dish. We suggest you try a dish with mashed potatoes and a light salad of fresh vegetables seasoned with vegetable oil.
Baked pink salmon can also be eaten cold. For long-term storage, transfer it to a container with a lid and refrigerate. But you don’t need to store it for too long, its taste may deteriorate.
