- a hammer for beating meat;
- kitchen knife;
- knife for peeling vegetables;
- deep pan or stewpan with a lid;
- wooden or silicone spatula;
- 3-4 l cooking pot;
- tea spoon;
- plates for giving.
Ingredients
Fettuccine pasta (or traditional noodles, any pasta) | 250 g |
Chicken fillet (or leg flesh) | 250 g |
Cream 10-35% | 250 g |
Zucchini or zucchini (optional) | 100 g |
Onion | 1 PC. |
Garlic | 1 tooth |
Ground coriander | 1/3 tsp |
Salt | taste |
Ground black pepper | taste |
Vegetable oil | 2 tbsp. l |

Did you know?Fetuccini (Italian: Fettuccine, from fettuccia - ribbon) is a very popular dish in Italy. It includes homemade noodles about 7 mm wide and various sauces.
Product Preparation
- We wash the fillet under running water, dry it with a towel or napkins. Put the fillet on a cutting board and cover it with cling film. Thinly beat the meat with a hammer, remove the film and cut it into strips.
- We clean the onion and cut into small cubes.
- Peel and finely chop the garlic.
- Cut the zucchini in half. Using a knife for peeling vegetables, peel the zucchini and cut into thin strips (100 g).
Cooking sauce
- We put the pan to warm up on a strong fire with 2 tbsp. l vegetable oil.
- Spread the garlic in the pan and fry it for several seconds. Add chopped onion to the garlic, stirring with a spatula, fry for 2 minutes, reduce heat to medium and bring the onion to transparency.
- Again, increase the heat and send the chicken to the pan. 2 minutes. fry all the ingredients, stirring with a spatula. Add zucchini to the pan, mix and pour 250 g of cream. As soon as the cream begins to boil, reduce the heat to a minimum, mix and leave the sauce on the stove until thickened. Turn off the fire when the sauce is ready.
Cook pasta
- Pour water into the pan (2.5 l), set to boil on the stove.
- After boiling water, we send paste to it. After boiling, adjust the heat to a slight boiling of water in the pan. Cook the pasta until half ready (al dente), then turn off the heat.
Collect the dish
- Turn on the medium heat and put a pan with sauce on it. Without draining the water from the paste, put it in a pan.
- We warm the resulting dish for 1-2 minutes. until the sauce is absorbed and the pasta is ready, turn off the heat. The dish is ready.
