universal seasoning | 1 tbsp. l |

vegetable oil | 100 ml |
Step cooking
- We clear 500 g of tiger shrimp from the shell.
- In boiling water add 1 tbsp. l universal seasoning and send to cook 500 g of pasta.
- Boil the pasta until ready (see the packaging for time), pull them out of the water and coat 50 g of butter.
- Immerse each shrimp individually in a hot pan. Add a pinch of salt and pepper to them and fry 50 ml of vegetable oil on both sides until golden brown.
- Squeeze 5 cloves of garlic and send it to the shrimp. There we add 200 ml of fat cream and simmer them until thickened.
- Immerse the boiled pasta in a pan with a creamy sauce. Mix everything.
- Serve the finished dish, sprinkled with herbs and grated parmesan.
