tomatoes in their own juice | 200 g |

Step cooking
- We put a frying pan with vegetable oil on a fire. Dice 1 medium onion into small cubes.
- On a coarse grater, rub 1 carrot.
- Fry vegetables in preheated vegetable oil for 5 minutes.
- To onions and carrots add 450 g canned beans.
- Pour 200 g of tomatoes in their own juice into a blender bowl and beat them until smooth.
- Pour the resulting mass into the pan.
- Mix everything, add 0.5 tsp. adjika and salt to taste.
- Cover the beans with a lid and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Ready meals can be served on the table.
In just a few minutes, you get a satisfying and wholesome dish that you will surely like. Also, beans prepared according to this recipe can be consumed in fasting or on a vegetarian diet.

Follow the following guidelines for preparing beans, and your dish will turn out to be incredibly tasty and nutritious:
- Instead of tomatoes in your own juice, you can use tomato juice or pasta, which must first be diluted with water.
- If you don’t like adjika or find it too spicy, prefer pepper or garlic. They will give the dish a richer flavor, and add their own piquant note to it.
- Beans for the recipe can be used any: both canned and fresh. Just keep in mind that cooking the latter will take you much longer.
- If you prefer a canned product, pay attention to the fact that salt is already in its composition. Therefore, try not to salt the dish.
