Carrot | 2 pcs. |
Tomatoes | 3 pcs. |
Bell pepper (large) | 1 PC. |
Suneli hops | 1 tbsp. l (with a slide) |
Dill | 1 bunch |
Vegetable oil | 3 tbsp. l |

Step cooking
- Pre-soak 500 g of beans in water for one night. Then the well-swollen beans are well washed, put in a pan and pour water (water should completely cover it). We put the pan on the stove or hob and cook the beans until half cooked over medium heat (about 30 minutes). We do not salt water.
- Peel the carrots (2 pcs.), Wash and cut into small cubes.
- Wash the tomatoes thoroughly (3 pcs.) And also cut them into cubes. Bulgarian pepper (if the pepper is large, then 1 pc is enough for you, and if it is small - 2 pcs), wash, peel and cut in the same way.
- Drain the water from the boiled beans, and then add 1 cup of hot water to the same pan.
- Then add diced tomatoes, carrots and peppers to the beans.
- We add salt (to taste) and seasoning of hops-suneli to vegetables (1 tbsp. L.). Mix everything thoroughly with a spoon or spatula. Add vegetable oil (about 3 tbsp. L.) To the beans and mix thoroughly again.
- We cover the pan with a lid and simmer all its contents over medium heat for about 15 minutes. We wash the dill and finely cut it with a knife.
- We spread the dish on plates and sprinkle with chopped dill on top. Enjoy your meal!
Decoration and serving
The finished dish can be sprinkled with chopped garlic or freshly ground black pepper. If desired, such beans can be sour cream. Serve as a standalone dish in a hot form with white or brown bread.
