Preparatory stage
- 250 g of dry beans are well washed under running water. Pour it into a deep bowl and fill it with warm boiled water, so that the water is 5 - 10 cm more than the level of beans. Leave the beans in water for 10 - 12 hours. After this time, we rinse again well under running water. Pour the beans into a saucepan, fill with water 2 - 5 cm more than the beans and cook until tender. When the beans are boiled, drain the water.
- 250 g of champignon mushrooms are well washed under running water and cut into thin slices.
- Peel the carrots and cut into medium-sized cubes.
- Peel the onion and cut into medium-sized cubes. Bring 300 ml of water to a boil.
Main stage
- Pour 50 - 70 ml of vegetable oil into a preheated pan. Add the chopped onion to the warmed oil and lightly fry.
- Add chopped carrots to the onion and fry with occasional stirring for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Add chopped mushrooms to the onions and carrots and fry everything for 5-7 minutes with occasional stirring.
- Add 1/2 tsp to vegetables. salt, dry ground garlic and ground pepper mixture, as well as 2 tbsp. l tomato paste. Mix well.
- Pour 300 ml of hot water into the vegetable mixture, mix everything well and simmer for 5 minutes under a closed lid.
- To vegetables in a pan add 250 g of boiled beans. Mix everything well and continue to simmer another 5 minutes.
- We lay out the finished dish on portioned plates for serving. When serving, you can decorate the dish with any greens.
