- Heat the pan, add a little vegetable oil to it and lay the chopped onion and garlic.
- Fry the onion until light golden brown, then add the grated carrots to the pan.
- Sauté the vegetables until cooked, for 5-6 minutes. Put the frying on a plate and let it cool slightly.
- Fold the rice in a colander so that the glass is excess water. Then add it to a deep bowl with 400 g minced meat.
- Put a little more than half the cooked fry in a bowl with minced meat.

- Put stuffed peppers in a pan, with the pointed end down.
- Take 40-50 g of tomato paste, add 40-50 g of sour cream to it. Add a little black pepper, salt, add water to get a volume of about 300-400 ml and mix the fill.
- Pour the resulting peppers into the sauce. Add water to the pan so that approximately 1 cm of peppers peeks out.
- Place the pot over medium heat, cover and bring to a boil. Then reduce the heat slightly and simmer the dish for another 40 minutes. Enjoy your meal!
- You can decorate peppers with fresh chopped herbs before serving, or you can serve just like that. If you use peppers of different colors, this will only decorate the finished dish. In addition to ground pepper, you can add spices to your taste, adding your own flavor to the finished dish.
