Product Preparation
- Thoroughly wash 20 large mushrooms and, if necessary, cut off the damaged areas. Dry wipe the mushrooms with paper towels. We take champignon in one hand, and gently twist its leg with the other hand. We put the hats in one container, and the legs in another.
- Using a knife, we cut the mushroom legs into very small cubes. Some cooks grind their legs using a fine grater.
- Onions of medium size are cleaned, washed, and then finely chopped with a knife.
- We remove the carrots from the peel, then wash and rub on a fine grater.
- Cherry tomatoes in the amount of 20 pieces, and wipe dry with paper towels. Hard cheese weighing about 100 g rubbed on a coarse grater and set aside for now.
Cooking toppings
- In a preheated pan, pour 20-30 ml of vegetable oil. As soon as the oil warms up strongly, pour the chopped onion onto it, then chopped mushroom legs and grated carrots.
- Salt the resulting mixture, pepper and add the mushroom seasoning. The amount of all spices control yourself, focusing on personal taste. Stir the ingredients thoroughly, and then add 50 g of butter to them. We fry the ingredients over medium heat until the formed mushroom liquid completely evaporates and almost until the fried foods are completely ready.
We collect and bake the product
- We cover the baking sheet with baking paper, on top of which we put the mushroom caps. Each cap is tightly filled with the prepared filling.
- In the center of the stuffed mushroom cap, insert the cherry tomato, slightly deepening it into the filling. Sprinkle the prepared composition with grated cheese, forming a kind of cheese "hat".
- We send the blanks to an oven heated to 180-190 ° С. We bake a treat for 35-40 minutes until the moment when a cheese crust appears and a pronounced mushroom aroma spreads around the room.
- Allow the product to cool slightly, after which we transfer it to a flat dish and serve.
