Ingredients
- Chicken eggs - 9 pcs.
- Chives - 3 pcs.
- Sliced meat - 50 g
- Pickled mushrooms or cucumbers - 50 g
- Garlic to taste
- Mayonnaise - 2-3 tbsp. l
- Sardines - 1 can
- Hard cheese - 100 g
Step cooking
- First you need to boil hard-boiled 9 chicken eggs. To do this, fill them with cold water, put on a stove and cook for at least 10 minutes after boiling. If desired, eggs can be dipped with a spoon into already boiling water. After the eggs are boiled, they need to be transferred to cold or ice water. Thus, they will be easier to clean. The cooled eggs are peeled.
- Cut them in half, and then remove the yolks from them and put them on a separate plate.
- After that, we proceed to the preparation of the main ingredients for the fillings. We clean 3 stalks of green onions from all that is superfluous and wash them thoroughly. Then we open a tin can with sardines, drain the excess liquid, remove the bones from the fish and gently knead it with a fork. Optionally, you can replace sardines with any other canned or salted fish.
- Add a third of the yolks to the fish, as well as about 1 tsp. mayonnaise and mix thoroughly until smooth. A lot of mayonnaise does not need to be added, because the fish is already quite oily.
- Finely chop the green onion and add it to the filling. Mix. Optionally, onions can be replaced with parsley. The first version of the filling is ready.
- For the second version of the filling, grate a portion of the hard cheese and all the remaining yolks on a fine grater.
- Grated cheese and yolks are transferred to a deep container and add a little mayonnaise to them, and also squeeze 1-2 cloves of garlic through a garlic press, after peeling it from the husk.
- Mix thoroughly. The second version of the filling is ready.
- For the third option, finely chop the pickled mushrooms, hard cheese and meat. The finer you chop, the tastier the snack. If desired, mushrooms can be replaced with pickled cucumbers or capers. You can also add finely chopped dill greens to this filling.
- Add a little mayonnaise to the chopped ingredients and mix thoroughly.
- After that, we fill the egg halves with three types of filling and put them on a large flat plate or dish. If desired, stuffed eggs can be served on lettuce leaves and garnished with sprigs of greenery. Enjoy your meal.
