Step cooking
- We take 400 g of champignons - 8 pieces - and remove their legs. If your mushrooms are dark - they can be cleaned.
- Put the hats in a bowl and pickle. To do this, use 80 g of thick yogurt (can be replaced with sour cream or kefir).
- Add 0.5 tsp. salt. Also pour 0.3 tsp. ground black pepper. Coat the hats thoroughly with yogurt.
- Put the champignon hats on a baking sheet and put in the oven, heated to 200 ° C, for 15 minutes.
- We cut the mushroom legs into small cubes.
- Also, cut into small cubes 50-70 g of onion.
- Finely chop 100 g chicken fillet.
- We heat the pan, pour 1 tsp. olive oil.
- Spread the crushed champignon legs on the pan.
- As soon as the mushrooms are slightly gilded, add chicken fillet to them.
- After 5 minutes, pour the onion into the pan. Do not forget to stir.
- Add 0.5 tsp. salt. Pepper - pour 0.3 tsp. ground black pepper.
- In a mass fried until golden brown, pour 80 ml of cream (10%). Stew over high heat until the cream evaporates.
- The mushroom caps removed from the oven will have a little liquid - pour it directly onto the baking sheet.
- Gently add ready-made julienne to the caps with teaspoons, tamping slightly. We make small peas. We again place the baking sheet with mushrooms in the oven preheated to 200 ° C for 15 minutes.
- On a fine grater we rub 50 g of hard cheese (20%). We take out the mushrooms from the oven, put grated cheese on each hat.
- Bake mushrooms with cheese for another 5 minutes.
