Step cooking
- We begin to prepare the ingredients. We wash all the products. Cooking the filling. To do this, peel and chop the bell pepper into cubes.
- Cut the eggplant into cubes.
- We also cut champignons.
- Pour squid with boiling water for 10-20 seconds.
- Chop onion and zucchini.
- Grate Dutch cheese.
- We heat the pan. Add oil and let it warm. We spread the vegetables and simmer them until cooked, stirring occasionally.
- We spread the vegetables in a bowl. We begin to stuff squids. To do this, grease the baking dish with oil. Add cheese to the stewed vegetables and mix. Fill the squid with a spoon and put it in a mold.
- Pour the squid from above with olive oil. Send them to the oven for 10 minutes. Done! Enjoy your meal!
