Step cooking
- Spread squid carcasses (2 pcs.) For a while, so that they unfreeze. Pre-prepare boiling water (1 liter) and dishes with cold water. First, squids need to be dipped in boiling water for a few seconds, then in cold water. Due to the sharp contrast, the skin will become soft and easy to remove. Remove the squid from the squid, film, and rinse again in water.
- Peel the mushrooms (200 g), rinse in water, pat dry with a paper towel, chop coarsely and transfer to a deep bowl.
- Cut olives (10 pcs.) Into slices and shift to mushrooms.
- Fresh greens (5 branches) are well washed in water, you can even soak for a couple of minutes, finely chop and transfer to other products.
- Add vegetable oil (1 tablespoon), soy sauce (3 tablespoons) and mix well.
- Take prepared squids and stuff with mushroom stuffing, but not completely, so that you can close them.
- Take a toothpick and close the top of the squid so that the filling does not spill out during cooking.
- Add vegetable oil (3 tbsp. L.) To the pan and put on the stove to warm up. Peel the onion head and garlic (2 cloves), rinse in water, chop finely and put in a pan.
- Rinse fresh tomatoes (2 pcs.) In water, cut into large cubes and send to the pan.
- Pour in tomato juice (1 cup.) And mix the ingredients.
- Add 10-15 g of sugar, salt and black pepper to taste and mix again.
- Put the stuffed squid in the sauce, cover the pan with a lid and let it simmer for 20 minutes.
- Put the prepared squid on a plate, remove the toothpicks, pour sauce on top, and can be served.
