Ingredients
- butter - 75 g
- wheat flour - 300 g
- cocoa powder - 50 g
- baking soda 10 g
- baking powder for dough - 10 g
- granulated sugar - 200 g
- chicken egg - 1 pc.
- strong coffee - 100 ml
- yogurt 2-3% - 150 ml
Step cooking
- First of all, we brew strong coffee and melt in a saucepan to a liquid state 75 g of butter. We leave the oil at room temperature, allowing it to cool, and wrap the coffee in something warm so that it remains hot for as long as possible.
- In a separate deep bowl, sift through a fine sieve 300 g of premium wheat flour and 50 g of cocoa powder. There we add 10 g of baking soda and the same amount of baking powder for the dough. Mix the bulk ingredients thoroughly until smooth. Pour 200 g of granulated sugar into the resulting flour mixture and stir everything thoroughly again.
- Separately, break one chicken egg, and then mix it with 150 ml of yogurt.
- Beat the components with a whisk until a homogeneous consistency is obtained. Pour cooled butter, whipped egg yogurt and 100 ml of hot strong coffee into a bowl with bulk products.
- Knead a homogeneous dough without any lumps.
- Cupcake baking dishes fill the dough by 3/4. We send the blanks to a furnace heated to 180 ° С. Bake cupcakes for 18-20 minutes. We spread the treat on the grill and leave it to cool to a warm state.
