Ingredients

  • grapes - 1 kg
  • sugar - 500 g

Step cooking

  1. We wash the grapes weighing 1 kg and separate it from the bunches. We wash the grapes and separate the berries from the bunches.
  2. We send the grapes to the pan and slightly interrupt them with a hand blender. Slightly interrupt the grapes with a blender.
  3. We put the pan on fire, bring its contents to a boil and cook another 10 minutes. Boil the grape mass.

    Important! During cooking, do not leave the stove and periodically remove the resulting foam from grape juice.
  7. Pour the prepared liquid into a sterilized jar and roll it up. grape jam is ready.

After some time, the finished delicacy thickens and in its consistency resembles a real grape jam. It can be used as an addition to tea, sweet sandwiches, as well as added to pastries, homemade yoghurts and ice cream.
