Ingredients
- grapes - 1 kg
- sugar - 500 g
Step cooking
- We wash the grapes weighing 1 kg and separate it from the bunches.
- We send the grapes to the pan and slightly interrupt them with a hand blender.
- We put the pan on fire, bring its contents to a boil and cook another 10 minutes.
- We filter grape juice through a fine sieve.
- Using gauze, squeeze the grape cake.
- Add 500 g of sugar to the resulting juice and cook the liquid for 30 minutes, stirring it periodically.
Important! During cooking, do not leave the stove and periodically remove the resulting foam from grape juice.
- Pour the prepared liquid into a sterilized jar and roll it up.
After some time, the finished delicacy thickens and in its consistency resembles a real grape jam. It can be used as an addition to tea, sweet sandwiches, as well as added to pastries, homemade yoghurts and ice cream.
