Ingredients
Product | amount |
Flour | 350 g |
Butter | 2 tbsp. l |
Water | 200 ml |
Salt | 0.5 tsp |
Yeast | 9 g |
Sugar | 1 tbsp. l |
Step cooking
- We begin to prepare the dough. To do this, crush the pressed yeast in a separate bowl. There we add one tablespoon of sugar and two tablespoons of flour.
- We also add 200 milliliters of water and mix well until smooth. Water must be slightly warmer than room temperature.
- We cover the bowl with a towel and set in a warm place for 30 minutes. After this, the sponge will rise and a magnificent foamy cap will form on it.
- In the finished dough, add two tablespoons of vegetable oil (preferably odorless), half a teaspoon of salt and 300 grams of flour. Add the flour in parts and mix the dough well.
- We begin to knead the dough. 5 minutes is enough for a start. We cover the dough with a towel and put in a warm place for 1.5-2 hours.
- When the dough comes up, grease the hands with vegetable oil and knead the dough a little.
- We take it out of the bowl and prepare it for cooking your dish. If you plan to make buns, we make balls from the dough and put them into a greased mold. We leave these balls for another 10 minutes under a towel so that the dough comes up a little more. If you plan to cook another baking, follow the instructions for the recipe for this baking or dish. The dough is ready and you can use it right away. Enjoy your meal!
