Kitchen appliances and utensils: bowls or deep plates; teaspoon and tablespoon, fork; sieve for sifting flour; cling film or a clean cotton towel.
Ingredients
Product | amount |
Flour | 350 - 400 g |
Sugar | 50 g |
Butter | 30 g |
Vegetable oil | 20 g |
Egg | 1 PC. |
Warm milk | 150 g |
Salt | 0.5 tsp |
Yeast (dry or fresh) | 4 g dry or 15 g fresh |
Warm water | 20 g |
Step cooking
- Pour 4 g of dry instant yeast (for example, Saf-moment) into a small container and dilute them with 20 g of warm water. Gently mix, leave for 7-10 minutes.
- Milk (150 g) is heated to a very warm temperature. Add 50 g of sugar to milk, 0.5 tsp. salt, put a piece of butter (30 g). Leave this whole mixture for 5 to 10 minutes. Butter should not be frozen. It is best to get it in advance so that it melts a little at room temperature. Then the butter will melt in warm milk, and the salt and sugar will dissolve.
- Sift 350 - 400 g of flour through a sieve into a deep container. In the middle we make a deepening, pour a warm milk-oil mixture into it, add 20 g of vegetable fat (olive or sunflower). Then we drive in 1 egg and shake it with a fork.
- At the end, pour in the yeast dissolved in water and proceed to knead our sweet mass.
- First, just mix everything with a fork, and then put it on a table or board and knead until smooth. The result should be a soft airy dough. You can knead with both hands and with the help of special kitchen appliances: a food processor, a bread machine, etc.
- As a result, we should get a mobile soft, but almost non-sticky baking mass. After that, lightly grease a clean deep bowl with vegetable oil, put the finished yeast dough into it, cover with cling film or a cotton towel and leave it warm to lift. This process usually takes about two hours. For 2 hours, the baking mass doubles in volume. If there is time, then you can knead it and put it again in a container for secondary lifting. If there is not much time, then you can start cooking baking after the first rise.
- After two hours, put everything on the desktop and cut it out in accordance with the fact that we are going to bake, for example, buns or a sweet pie with filling. And then we bake our culinary delights, enjoy ourselves and delight our family.
Important! The dough according to this recipe turns out to be so soft that some housewives are tempted to add some more flour. This is not worth doing. Indeed, it is only from such a “weightless” test that you can bake airy soft buns.
