- After 10 minutes, when the frothy cap rose over the milk, pour 200 ml of kefir into a deep bowl and pour a pinch of soda to “quench” the acid of the fermented milk product and mix.
- In a kefir extinguished with soda, drive one chicken egg. In the future, when adding each product, the contents of the bowl must be thoroughly mixed.
- Pour 1 tbsp into the contents of the bowl. l granulated sugar. If you plan sweet pastries, the amount of sugar can be quietly increased by two or three times.
- Send in a bowl with egg-kefir mixture suitable yeast in milk.
- Pour the third part (visually about a glass) of the total amount of sifted wheat flour into a bowl, and add 1 tsp. salt.
- Start kneading the dough, first with a spoon / spatula, and as you add the remaining amount of flour (about two glasses), knead with your hands.
- Before pouring the last portion of flour, pour 50 ml of vegetable oil into a bowl. Instead of vegetable oil, you can take and melt butter or creamy margarine.
- Pour the last portion of flour onto the cutting surface and put the entire contents of the bowl, doused with oil. Knead the dough thoroughly in the rest of the flour for 7-10 minutes, so that the mass lags behind the hands and does not stick to the surface.
- Lightly grease the inside of the dry deep cup with vegetable oil. Place the ball formed from the dough into the cup.
- Cover the cup with cling film and set in a warm, dark place for 30-40 minutes.
