Step cooking
- For starters, melt over low heat 150 g of butter or margarine. After we set the liquid aside, where we allow it to cool to room temperature.
- In a small container, mix 400 ml of kefir of any fat content and 100 ml of milk, after which we heat the mixture over low heat until warm. Kefir can be replaced with liquid yogurt.
- Add 10 g of table or sea salt, 120 g of granulated sugar, and also cooled butter to the milk liquid.
- Using a whisk, stir the ingredients, trying to dissolve the grains of sugar and salt as much as possible.
- Break 4 chicken eggs into the resulting mixture and add 14 g of dry yeast, and then mix everything well again.
- Separate twice through a fine sieve 1200 g of premium wheat flour. Add the flour in small portions and knead the elastic, soft dough.
- We cover the bowl with the dough with cling film, and then place it in a warm place for about an hour and a half.
- The dough should double in volume. Also, such a dough can be sent to the refrigerator at night, during which time it reaches the desired size.
- Put the rising dough on a flat surface, pre-sprinkled with flour, and thoroughly crush it with your hands. Now the dough is ready to sculpt any product.
