Ingredients

Pressed yeast | 25 g |
Vegetable oil | 2/3 cup |
Flour | 3-3.5 Art. l |
Salt | 0.5 tsp |
Step cooking
- Lightly heat the milk so that it is warm. Pour milk into a bowl.
- Add 5 tablespoons of sugar, yeast and six tablespoons of flour. Mix well.
- Cover the bowl with the mixture with a clean towel or paper towels. Leave for 30 minutes in a warm place.
- After 30 minutes, continue to knead the dough.
- In a separate bowl, break 2 eggs and half a teaspoon of salt. Mix well.
- Add eggs to the bowl with the dough and mix.
- Pour in vegetable oil and continue to interfere.
- We begin to gradually add flour. Preferably one glass each, and at the same time mix the dough with a spoon.
- We spread the dough on the table, previously sprinkled with flour, or another surface. Knead the dough with your hands. If necessary, add a little flour.
- Put the dough in a bowl, cover with a towel and leave for about 10-15 minutes.
- When the dough is suitable, it can be divided into several parts and prepared for pies or any other baking.
Variations of cooking and filling
The dough is very lush and tender. It is quite versatile, so you can cook both sweet and salty pastries from this dough. If you intend to cook sweet pastries, add a bag of vanilla sugar along with regular sugar. What can be prepared from this test:
- pies;
- buns;
- cakes;
- base for pizza;
- base for the pie;
- basis for khachapuri.
As a filling, you can use the following ingredients:
- various fruits and berries (ripe, frozen or in their own juice);
- cabbage;
- jam;
- chopped meat;
- minced meat;
- mashed potatoes with mushrooms;
- cottage cheese.
