Step cooking
- Peel 700 grams of potato from the skin, wash it thoroughly and rub it on a coarse grater.
- When the potato gave the juice, squeeze it well with your hands and transfer to another, dry bowl. You can also use gauze or an ordinary clean towel. To do this, grated potatoes need to be put on a cloth, collected in the form of a bag and squeezed juice. Add 45 grams of wheat flour and two chicken eggs to the potato. We mix these ingredients with each other.
- Rub 130 grams of ham on a coarse grater and add to a bowl with potatoes.
- Wash, dry and finely chop 20 grams of fresh dill. You can use dry. Add to the common bowl.
- We also rub 130 grams of hard cheese on a coarse grater and place with the rest of the ingredients. Mix them well together.
- We put a non-stick frying pan on the stove and pour 45 grams of vegetable oil on it. When the oil has warmed up, we form potato pancakes and put them in a pan. Fry pancakes for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden, crispy.
- We cover a large flat plate with paper towels and put ready-made pancakes on them. Thus, we will get rid of excess fat in the dish. Decorate at will and serve.
