Step cooking
- Peel 800 grams of potato. Wash it thoroughly and rub it on a fine grater. Put in a large deep bowl.
- Remove the peel from the onion, wash it and rub it on a fine grater. We send to the potatoes.
- Mix the onion with potatoes with your hands and squeeze out the excess juice. Add two grams of salt and one gram of black pepper and mix again.
- Pour 30 grams of vegetable oil onto a non-stick frying pan and place it on the hob.
- When the oil has warmed up well, put the draniki in the pan with a spoon. Fry potato pancakes for 3-4 minutes on each side. We carry out such manipulations with the whole potato mass.
- Put the finished dish on a large flat plate. It can be covered with paper towels or napkins in advance so that they absorb excess fat. Wash, dry and finely chop 10 grams of fresh dill, 10 grams of parsley and 10 grams of green onions. Shredded herbs mixed with 70 grams of sour cream. Peel two cloves of garlic, squeeze through a press and add to sour cream. All mix well.
- Serve potato pancakes with sour cream sauce.
