Step cooking
- Wash the young potatoes thoroughly under running water, dry them with paper towels, cut each half in half lengthwise, set aside. We do not peel potatoes.
- Let's cook the marinade for baking. In a separate bowl, pour 100 ml of olive oil, add 30 g of paprika, two teaspoons without salt top and two pinches of black pepper. Mix everything thoroughly.
- We take the half-sliced potatoes, send to it a large half of the cooked marinade. We put the other half of the marinade aside.
- We mix the potatoes well so that it is full of marinade, set aside for better impregnation. After 5-10 minutes, put it on a baking sheet, place 2-3 sprigs of rosemary among it, which is very combined with potatoes, send for 20-25 minutes in the oven, set the temperature to 180 degrees.
- We clear the fish of unnecessary accumulations, remove the insides and gills, dry it with a paper towel. Then, with the remaining marinade, we rub the fish on top, inside, pour the mixture into the gills.
- Cut the lemon into two parts, cut one half into 5-6 slices, and squeeze the juice from the other half. With this juice we spray fish on top and inside. In the middle we place two branches of rosemary, two or three segments of lemon, 2-3 branches of parsley. Do not forget to put on a sprig of parsley and in the gills.
- Similarly, we perform such actions with the second fish. We spread both carcasses on the baking dish, send to the oven for 30 minutes.
- After 25 minutes from the time the potatoes are baked, we remove the baking sheet from the oven, place the cherry tomatoes on top, wash them first and dry them with a towel. Now both fish and potatoes are baked in the oven. After 30 minutes, we take out forms with dorado and a baking sheet with potatoes. Finished ingredients look very appetizing, and have a delicious smell.
Decoration options and cooking tips
- You can put baked fish in a large oval dish in the middle, put potatoes and cherry tomatoes around. Lay on top and sides of coarsely chopped greens, lay lemon slices around the perimeter of the dish.
- When preparing the marinade, you can use those spices that you prefer. In addition to cherry, add chopped bell peppers to the potatoes - this will enhance the taste when baking.
- It is not necessary to bake fish and potatoes separately; you can add dorado to a baking sheet with potatoes.
