Ingredients
- Long-Term Groats Hercules - 300 g
- Peanuts - 125 g
- Fillers to your taste (raisins, flax, dried apples, etc.) - 150 g
- Honey - 125 ml
- Water - 100 ml
- Lime juice - 1 tsp.
- Salt - 1 pinch
- Sunflower oil - 3 tbsp. l
- Cinnamon, Ginger and Cardamom - to taste
Step cooking
- In a deep container, place 125 ml of honey. Add 100 ml of water and 1 tsp to honey. lime juice. Mix everything.
- To the resulting syrup add 3 tbsp. l sunflower oil. Mix everything.
- Next, pour the oil syrup into a deep container, where add 300 g of Hercules groats. Pour in portions and mix everything.
- Add 1 whisper of salt, cardamom, ginger and cinnamon to your porridge to taste. Mix everything.
- Knife 125 g blanched peanuts with a knife and add it to the oatmeal.
- Cover the pan with parchment paper and evenly distribute the oatmeal on it. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees and send the pan there for 25 minutes. Every 10 minutes stir the granola while removing the lumps.
- Pour the finished granola into a deep container and add all the fillers to taste. Mix everything.
- You can serve with milk.
