Step cooking
Cooking dough
- In a bowl, beat in chicken eggs (5 large pieces). Add sugar to them (200 grams) and with a mixer beat everything into a lush white mass.
- Melt the butter (200 grams) in the microwave or on the stove and add it to the whipped mass. Add sifted flour (100 grams) to the bowl.
- Stir with a mixer until smooth. You should have a pretty batter.
Wafer Formation Options
Baskets
- Plug the electric waffle iron (appliance) into a power outlet and warm it well. Open the preheated waffle iron and put 2 tablespoons of the dough in the middle of it. Close the appliance and, pressing firmly, fry the wafer for about 1 minute. The baking time of the dough depends on the make and model of the device.
- Carefully pry the browned fried wafer with a silicone spatula and transfer it to a tall narrow glass, placed upside down. Put a cup on top of the waffle. After 30 seconds, the waffle will take the form of a basket. Disassemble the design and carefully remove the original waffle basket.
Tubules
- Open the preheated waffle iron and put 2 tablespoons of the dough in the middle. Spread the dough in the form of a rectangle or square, cover and bake the wafer for 1 minute. Pry off the finished wafer with a silicone spatula and transfer to a board. Very quickly and accurately (do not burn yourself), until the wafer is hot and frozen, wind it either on a special cookie cutter or simply on a small tube. After cooling the wafer (about 30 seconds later) slowly remove it from the tube.
- The tubular waffle is ready.
Envelopes
- Put a tablespoon of dough in the middle of the hot waffle iron. Press the lid and bake for 1 minute. Remove the finished waffle with a silicone spatula and immediately roll it on both sides from above and from below.
- It will be interesting if you put in advance prepared pieces of paper with the tasks written on them.
Decoration methods and serving options
You can fill the formed baskets and tubules at your discretion with protein, cream, chocolate cream or whipped cream. Such tubes are well suited as a dessert for tea, coffee or cocoa. You can also use baskets as the base for ice cream balls or fruit cut into slices and garnished with cream. And envelopes with fun tasks will make everyone relax and smile.
