Kitchen appliances and utensils: an oven, a baking sheet, parchment paper, a kitchen scale, a sieve, a bowl, a douche towel, a whisk or mixer, a tablespoon, a teaspoon, a deep plate, a brush (for greasing).

Step cooking
- First you need to make a dough. To do this, you need to dissolve ½ tsp in a deep bowl. dry yeast in 250 ml of warm milk (it should not be too warm or hot, otherwise the dough may not rise).
- Next to milk and dissolved yeast, add 1 tbsp. l granulated sugar and 2-3 tbsp. l flour, which must be sieved in advance. Stir the mixture with a spatula to get a creamy consistency without lumps. Cover the bowl with a towel and leave it in a warm place for 1-1.5 hours.
- After the lapse of time, the dough should increase several times in volume and become very airy. Now you can add 1 chicken egg, the remaining sugar (70 g), as well as 100 g of softened margarine or butter (it is better to use butter, then baking will be more tender and tasty). Mix all ingredients thoroughly with a whisk or with a mixer until smooth. In several stages, add the flour that remains and knead the soft and elastic dough. To begin, mix the dough in a bowl, and when it becomes sufficiently elastic, you can continue to knead on the table, sprinkle the tabletop with a little flour.
- After you knead the dough, leave it briefly under a towel, so it will work a little. The approximate time of "rest" of the test is 30-40 minutes. Make sure there is no draft in the room where you left the dough.
- When the dough has stood for a while and risen, you can begin to form rich buns. Divide the dough into two parts using your hands or a knife. Roll one of the parts into a 5 mm thick layer.
- As a filling, take sugar and sprinkle on top of the layer to taste. In addition to sugar, you can use other fillings, such as poppy seeds, apples, cottage cheese or dried fruits. Form a sprinkled layer into a roll and divide it into small pieces 4-5 cm thick.
- While you are making buns, you can preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Cover the parchment on a baking sheet and grease it with vegetable oil, so the pastries will not stick to the paper. Put the finished buns on paper, bake them for 20 minutes, then remove and grease with syrup (stir 100 tbsp of water in 2 tbsp. L sugar), and then remove them for another 2-3 minutes in the oven.
- Buns are ready!
