Ingredients
- Carrots - 1 pc.
- Onion - 1 pc.
- Celery Stalk - 1 pc.
- Bay leaf - to taste
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Broccoli - 400 g
- Frozen green peas - 100 g
- Paprika - to taste
Step cooking
- Boil water in a saucepan.
- While the water is boiling, peel 1 carrot, cut it into large pieces and send it to the pan. Send 1 coarsely chopped celery stalk there.
- Peel 1 onion and also chopped it and send it to the broth.
- Cover everything and let it boil a little until the carrots soften.
- Add 400 g of broccoli and 100 g of green peas to the broth. Cover everything and bring to full readiness. At this point, you can add bay leaf to taste. All together should be cooked for 5-7 minutes.
- While your soup is boiling, peel and chop coarsely 2 cloves of garlic. Then also send them to the soup.
- From the finished soup, take out several ingredients for decoration and remove the bay leaf.
- Drain the broth into a separate container.
- Take a hand blender and beat all your vegetables well from the soup. Add the required amount of broth to achieve the desired consistency. Also at that stage, you can add paprika to taste and mix everything.
- Arrange the soup on plates, decorate it with previously set aside elements, and enjoy the unique taste.
