Ingredients
- Milk - 500 ml
- Condensed milk - 150 g
- Eggs - 5 pcs.
- Vanilla Sugar - 10 g
- Salt - 1 pinch
- Sugar - 60 g
- Water - 1 tbsp. l
- Citric acid - 1 small pinch
Step cooking
- First make caramel. To do this, take 60 g of sugar. Add to sugar a small pinch of citric acid and 1 tbsp. l water. Mix everything well and put on fire. Cook the caramel until amber.
- Next, drive 5 eggs into a separate deep container. Add 1 pinch of salt and 10 g of vanilla sugar to the eggs. Mix everything with a whisk until smooth.
- Add 150 g of condensed milk to the eggs. Mix everything until smooth.
- Next, add 500 ml of milk to the egg and mix.
- Pour the finished caramel into a mold, which you will use for baking and responsibly distribute it on the walls.
- In a prepared container, pass your egg composition through a sieve. Pierce air bubbles with a toothpick. Cover the mold tightly with foil.
- Place your mold in a larger mold and fill the larger mold with half full of hot water.
- Then put everything together bake in a preheated oven to 160 for 60 minutes. Remove Flan from the oven. Let it cool and then refrigerate for 8-12 hours.
- At the end of the term, put Flan on a plate and serve.
