Ingredients
- Dark chocolate - 1/3 of the bar
- Ryazhenka - 450 ml
- Cappuccino - 1 pack
- Cocoa - 1.5 tsp.
- Gelatin - 10 g
Step cooking
- Pour 10 g of gelatin into a separate container.
- Add 50 ml of cold boiled water to gelatin and leave it for 10 minutes. for swelling.
- At the end of the time, mix the gelatin and add another 20 ml of cold boiled water.
- Microwave for 1 minute. for complete dissolution of gelatin.
- Pour 450 ml of ryazhenka into a separate deep container.
- Add 1 packet of cappuccino to fermented baked milk, 1.5 tsp. cocoa and previously prepared gelatin. Stir everything with a mixer at maximum speed until smooth. The composition should increase in volume by almost 2 times.
- Pour the finished composition into the serving forms.
- Place all forms with dessert in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. for solidification.
- Decorate the finished souffle before serving with chocolate chips.
