Ingredients
- Cauliflower - 1 head
- Chicken eggs - 2 pcs.
- Oregano - 1/2 tsp.
- Garlic - 2 cloves

- Mozzarella Cheese - 400 g
- Parmesan Cheese - 100 g
- Fresh parsley to taste
Step cooking
- Such a dish is prepared quite quickly and simply. First of all, it is necessary to wash well 1 head of cauliflower and remove excess leaves, if any. Rub a whole head of coarse grater immediately into a deep bowl.
- To the grated cabbage we send 1 chicken eggs and 1/2 tsp. oregano. If desired, you can use any other seasoning that you like best.
- From the husk, peel 2 cloves of garlic and pass through a press. If you don’t have such an appliance, you can chop the garlic finely with a knife, first pressing the denticles a little to make them juicier.
- All ingredients for the dish at this stage must be salted to taste and season with black ground pepper. Do not add a lot of salt immediately so that the dish does not come out salted. It is better to add an already prepared dish.
- On a coarse grater, rub 100 g of mozzarella cheese and send it into a bowl with the rest of the ingredients. You will also need 100 g of parmesan, which is best grated. Grated parmesan is also added to the bowl, and all products are thoroughly mixed with a spoon or a silicone spatula.
- We cover the baking sheet with parchment paper and spread on it the resulting mass of cauliflower. Using hands, we even out the mass, giving it a rectangular shape. The layer thickness should be about 1-1.5 cm.
- We put the prepared dish in the oven preheated to 170 degrees. Bake cauliflower for 25 minutes. All the time it is necessary to control the baking process so that the dish does not burn. A golden crust should form on top.
- While cauliflower is baked, rub the remaining 300 g of mozzarella cheese on a coarse grater. After 25 minutes, we remove the cauliflower from the oven and sprinkle with grated cheese. Also, if desired, you can re-season the dish with black pepper.
- We send the baking tray with cauliflower repeatedly to the oven for 10 minutes. The baking temperature remains the same - 170 degrees. During this time, the cheese will melt well and a beautiful cheese crust will form.
- Cauliflower, baked in the oven with cheese, after 10 minutes is completely ready. The dish is very tasty and tender. Cut the cauliflower casserole into portioned portions and serve for breakfast, lunch or dinner, decorating the dish on top with finely chopped fresh parsley to taste.
