Ingredients
- Cauliflower - 700 g
- Ground coriander - 1 tsp.
- Powdered dry onion - 1 tsp.
- Red hot pepper - 1/2 tsp.
- Dry basil - 1 tsp.
- Breadcrumbs - 60 g
- Vegetable oil - 2-3 tbsp. l
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
Step cooking
- We divide the head of cauliflower into inflorescences and rinse well under running water. We cut large inflorescences with a knife in half.
- We put a pot of water on the fire and bring to a boil.
- Pour sliced cauliflower into boiling water.
- We cover the pan with a lid and let the water boil. Cook for two minutes.
- Then we transfer the cabbage into a colander and let the water drain.
- After that, we put the pieces of cabbage in a deep bowl.
- Turn on the preheat oven to 180 degrees.
- When the cabbage cools down a bit, add the coriander, ground red pepper, freshly ground black pepper, salt, dry onion powder and dry basil.
- Gently mix the slices of cabbage with seasonings.
- Pour in vegetable oil. You can use both sunflower and olive. Again, mix everything carefully.
- Pour breadcrumbs into a bowl. It is necessary that they cover the cabbage well. Mix the cabbage very carefully with the added crackers so that they stick to each slice.
- We take a baking sheet, cover it with baking paper and spread the pieces of cabbage. Distribute evenly over the baking sheet. Sprinkle on top the remaining crackers with spices remaining in the bowl.
- Put the baking tray with cabbage in the oven and bake for 20 minutes.
- We take out the ready cabbage from the oven, put it on a plate and serve it on the table. This dish is very tasty in freshly prepared form. Enjoy your meal!

- You can dip the inflorescences in a beaten chicken egg before sprinkling with breadcrumbs.
- It will turn out very tasty if, 5-10 minutes before cooking, sprinkle such a dish with grated hard cheese.
- You can add a little garlic.
- Some hostesses to taste add various greens (parsley, dill, cilantro).
- You can sprinkle cabbage with freshly squeezed lemon juice before breading in breadcrumbs.
