Step cooking
- Pour 1.5-2 liters of water into the pan, put on the stove and bring to a boil. Add boiling water to a little table salt. A pre-washed kilogram of cauliflower is added to boiling water. It is worth cutting cabbage into medium slices in advance, but not too chopped. From the moment of boiling, cook for about 3-4 minutes and take out the cabbage with a slotted spoon.
- Put lightly boiled cauliflower on a flat plate and let it cool slightly.
- While the cabbage is cooling, in a separate bowl, mix 50 g of breadcrumbs with 150 g of grated hard cheese. Cheese can be chosen according to your own taste, but so that it is not too soft.
- Grated cheese with breadcrumbs season 1 tsp. paprika and a similar amount of dried garlic. All mix well with a whisk or a tablespoon.
- Break 3 chicken eggs into a separate bowl and salt them a little. Season with black ground pepper to taste and mix the eggs with the rest of the ingredients slightly until smooth. To do this, you can use a whisk or an ordinary fork.
- Cover the baking sheet with parchment paper and grease 1-2 tbsp. l vegetable oil. You can distribute the oil evenly throughout the paper using a silicone brush. Boil the boiled cabbage well first in the egg, then evenly sprinkle the vegetable with the breading mixture on all sides. Similarly, prepare each piece of cauliflower and spread them on a baking sheet.
- We put baked cauliflower in a preheated oven to 200 degrees. Cooking time - 15 minutes.
- After a quarter of an hour, cauliflower is ready. Serve such a cabbage is hot, adding it with sour cream. Outside, cauliflower is crispy, and inside it is very soft and juicy. This dish will be a good addition to any side dish, while it is easy and simple to prepare.
