Step cooking
- We heat the oven to 220 degrees. Pour 250 ml of water into a bowl. Pour 250 g of flour there, ¼ teaspoon of salt and ¼ teaspoon of dried ground garlic.
- Mix with a whisk until smooth so that there are no lumps.
- From two heads of cabbage we cut and remove the leaves and with the help of a knife we divide the pumpkins into inflorescences. Throw out the coots.
- Prepare a baking sheet. Dip the cabbage in the dough and spread on the baking sheet upwards with the inflorescence.
- Put in the oven for 20 minutes. After this time, remove the cabbage from the oven.
- Pour 250 ml of tomato sauce into a bowl. Each inflorescence is dipped in sauce and put back on a baking sheet.
- Put in the oven again for 5 minutes.
- We take out the cabbage from the oven, let it cool and put it on the dish.
Ways of decorating and serving
For cauliflower in batter, you must definitely serve the sauce, in which you need to dip each inflorescence before use. He will make cabbage even juicier and tastier.
