Step cooking
- Cauliflower thoroughly wash under running water and disassemble into small inflorescences.
- We put the pot with water on medium heat and, when the water boils, put the cabbage in it. After boiling again, reduce the heat and cook the inflorescences for about 5 - 7 minutes (cabbage should become soft).
- After the cabbage is ready, we take it out of the pan and let it dry thoroughly.
- In a deep container we combine 2 raw chicken eggs, a small amount of salt, some spices to your taste (for example, you can take a mixture of Italian herbs) and 2 cloves of garlic chopped with garlic presses. Thoroughly mix the above ingredients.
- Then put the boiled inflorescences in a container with egg mixture and roll them well.
- We put the pan on the fire and heat 3 to 4 tbsp. l vegetable oil. When the oil is heated, we begin to spread inflorescences in a pan (1 each).
- Fry inflorescences on each side until golden.
- We cover the serving dish with paper towels and put the ready cabbage directly on them to remove excess fat in this way.
- Let the dish cool a bit and proceed to the meal.
Decoration and serving the dish
Such cabbage can be served as an independent dish or as an additional snack, both hot and cold. It will be ideally combined with a sauce of natural yogurt, garlic and herbs. Enjoy your meal!
