Step cooking

  4. In a deep container we combine 2 raw chicken eggs, a small amount of salt, some spices to your taste (for example, you can take a mixture of Italian herbs) and 2 cloves of garlic chopped with garlic presses. Thoroughly mix the above ingredients.

  5. Then put the boiled inflorescences in a container with egg mixture and roll them well.
