Ingredients

- baking powder - 1 tsp.

- sour cream 20% - 270 g

Step cooking
- Combine 160 g of flour and 1 tsp. baking powder. Sift the resulting mixture into a deep container.
- In 100 g of melted butter, add 2 tbsp. l sour cream. Mix everything thoroughly.
- Add a pinch of salt to flour with a baking powder and introduce a mixture of sour cream and oil.
- Knead the dough with your hands, wrap it in cling film and send it to the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Beat 1 egg lightly and send it to 200 g of sour cream. Mix well with a whisk.
- We introduce 200 g of sugar into the resulting mixture and continue whipping the ingredients.
- Gradually add to the resulting cream 2 tbsp. l flour.
- We take 5 medium apples, peel them and cut into slices.
- We lubricate the round refractory form with 10 g of butter and put a sheet of parchment paper on its bottom.
- At the bottom of the form we spread the dough and form the sides of it.
- Put prepared apples on top of the dough.
- Fill everything with cooked sour cream.
- Bake the cake at 180 ° C for approximately 50 minutes.
Loose shortcrust pastry and delicate sour cream perfectly match sweet and sour apples and give the pastry an incredible aroma. Tsvetaevsky apple pie can be served warm or cold with tea. And in fact, and in another embodiment, he is magnificent in his own way.
