Ingredients
- Wheat flour - 600 g
- Kefir - 500 g
- Baking soda - 1 tsp.
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Cottage cheese - 500 g
- Green onion - 1 bunch
- Butter - 100 g
Step cooking
- Kefir is warmed up a little, add salt (1 tsp), baking soda (1 tsp) and mix thoroughly.
- Add flour (600 g) in portions to the resulting mass and knead the dough. First, it is convenient to do this with a spoon, and then put it on the working surface of the table and continue to knead with your hands. It is necessary to add this ingredient in portions, each time thoroughly mixing the dough. The finished dough should turn out to be quite soft, elastic, and not stick to your hands. You may need a little more or less flour, so it’s better to prepare a little more sifted flour.
- Wrap the dough in a plastic wrap or plastic bag, and leave to rest for 15 minutes.
- Now you can prepare the filling. Curd (500 g) put in a bowl and chop using a fork or mashed potato.
- Wash green onions (1 bunch) thoroughly in water, dry, chop finely, transfer to a bowl with cottage cheese and mix.
- Sprinkle the dough on top with flour, give it an oblong shape and divide into 9 equal parts.
- Form koloboks from each part, roll each kolobok into a 1 cm thick round seam. Put the filling in the center of the seam (60 g per seam), pinch the edges, collecting the bag, and squeeze them to make a ball.
- Roll each ball with a rolling pin into a round layer up to 1 cm thick.
- Fry each cake in a dry hot pan on both sides, until cooked.
- Grease ready miracles with butter (100 g will be enough) and transfer to a convenient dish. The dish is ready, it is served on the table in a hot form.
