Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 350 g
- Flour - 2 tbsp. l
- Sugar - 2 tbsp. l
- Chocolate - 50 g
- Sour cream - 1 tbsp. l
Step cooking
- Mix 350 g of cottage cheese and 1 tbsp in a deep container. l sour cream.
- Next, add 2 tbsp. l sugar and 2 tbsp. l flour. Also mix well.
- From the resulting curd dough, make two small cheesecakes and roll them in flour on only one side.
- On one cheesecake, directly on the side that is not sprinkled with flour, put a small piece of chocolate.
- Cover the chocolate with another cheesecake, also with the unsprayed side to the treat.
- Connect the two cheesecakes along the edges so that there is chocolate inside them. So make all the cheesecakes. And send them to the pan.
- Fry the cheesecakes with chocolate on both sides until golden brown and serve.
Mini pizza
Ingredients
- Burger bun - 1 pc.
- Ketchup - To taste
- Salami - 5 pieces
- Mozzarella - 50 g
- Spices - To taste
Step cooking
- Cut 5 slices of salami and grate 50 g of cheese.
- Divide the burger bun in half and grease it with a little vegetable oil on all sides.
- Put the amount of ketchup you need in the middle of the roll and spread it.
- Pour cheese evenly on each half and salami on top.
- Top everything with spices and send everything to the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
Oat pancake
Ingredients
- Oatmeal - 2 tbsp. l
- Sugar - 1 tbsp. l
- Eggs - 2 pcs.
- Salt - 1 pinch
- Banana - 1 pc.
- Condensed milk - To taste
Step cooking
- 2 tbsp. l grind oatmeal in a blender.
- Add to the resulting oatmeal 1 pinch of salt, 1 tbsp. l sugar and 2 eggs. Beat everything until smooth.
- Heat the pan and grease it with vegetable oil. Pour the finished dough into a pan and fry over low heat.
- Once one side is fried, turn over and let the other side fry.
- Pour the finished oat pancake with condensed milk and garnish with bananas.
Pineapple croutons
Ingredients
- Pineapple - 2 rings
- Sugar - 1 tbsp. l
- Egg - 1 pc.
- Milk - 50 ml
- Bread - 1 roll
Step cooking
- In a blender, mix finely chopped 2 pineapple rings, 1 egg and 1 tbsp. l Sahara.
- Beat everything until smooth.
- Add 50 ml of milk to the resulting composition and mix everything again.
- Slice a loaf of bread in slices.
- Roll each slice of bread in a prepared pineapple composition and fry, like ordinary croutons, in a frying pan over low heat.
- When serving, you can pour it with chocolate topping.
Omelette
Ingredients
- Champignons - 2 pcs.
- Hunting sausages - 1 pc.
- Onion - 0.5 pcs.
- Cheese - 50 g
- Eggs - 2 pcs.
- Milk - 50 ml
- Salt and Spices - To taste
Step cooking
- Cut 2 champignons, 1 hunting sausage and half an onion.
- Put the pan on the fire, add vegetable oil and fry the onions until golden brown.
- Next, add the rest of the previously prepared ingredients to the onion.
- In a separate container, mix 2 eggs, 50 ml of milk, salt and spices to taste.
- Add the egg mixture to the fried onions, mushrooms and sausage.It is advisable to distribute the egg mixture as evenly as possible. Sauté everything over low heat.
- When serving, grate cheese on top of a full omelet.
