Step cooking
- Pour gelatin with water in the ratio indicated on the package. Leave for 30 minutes to insist.
- Grind 200 grams of cookies into small crumbs using a blender.
- Add 100 grams of melted butter to a bowl of crushed cookies. Mix well until smooth.
- Prepare a baking dish. At the bottom, lay parchment paper or (if there is no paper) a regular plastic bag. Put the finished dough from biscuits and butter in the form, well tamp this mass. The future cake should be sent to the freezer for about 20 minutes.
- While the cake is frozen, you need to prepare the cottage cheese. It can be crushed to a homogeneous mass with a sieve, or you can beat with a blender - as you wish. In the finished homogeneous curd mass, you need to add 250 grams of sour cream and 4 tablespoons of sugar. Mix everything well.
- Dissolve most of the pre-mixed gelatin in hot water. When there are no lumps left, pour gelatin into the mass with cottage cheese, sour cream and sugar. Mix everything well until smooth.
- When the cake has cooled down, it can be taken out of the freezer and poured with the finished curd-cream mass.
- Put the cheesecake in the refrigerator for several hours until it sets completely. After several hours, you need to warm up 150 ml of cherry juice and dissolve the remaining gelatin in it.
- When the gelatin dissolves and no lumps remain, pour the surface of the cheesecake with cherry juice. Put the cherries on top.
- Send the cheesecake to the fridge for a couple more hours. After two hours, remove the cheesecake from the refrigerator and carefully remove it from the mold. This can be done with a warm knife. Cheesecake is ready, bon appetit!
Dessert options
To surprise guests, you can give them such a delicious dessert by preparing special decorations. Despite the fact that dessert already looks very impressive thanks to the jelly layer with cherries, you can add other berries, such as blueberries or raspberries, to collect the entire vitamin complex, and at the same time make the dessert serve even brighter.
You can also serve dessert on a beautiful dish decorated with a festive tablecloth or napkins with patterns. In the context of the cake, it looks very beautiful, but to make it look even more attractive, you can add berries directly inside the curd mass when pouring cake on it.
As a result, in the context you get a dessert with a “riddle” - cherries hidden inside the cake will look even more beautiful when you serve the dessert in portions. In addition, you can sprinkle the top of the cheesecake with coconut flakes or powdered sugar. This dessert is best served with green tea or strong coffee without milk. Since the cheesecake is sweet enough, you can not add sugar to drinks.
