Ingredients
- dry fungicose green bean vermicelli - 100 g
- fresh carrots - 70 g
- fresh cucumber - 70 g
- red bell pepper - 70 g
- dill - a small bunch
- dressing for funchose - 60 g
- boiling water - 300 ml
- sesame seeds (optional) - to taste
Step cooking
- To get started, you need to get 2 rolls of funchose from the package and pour 300-400 ml of boiling water over it, then leave for 7 minutes. If you prepare a smaller portion, then 1 roll is enough.
- After 7 minutes, the vermicelli should be transferred for 1-2 minutes in a bowl of cold water, and then put it in a colander.
- Next, cut the funchose with scissors into 3-4 parts, so that it is convenient to use in the salad. Leave the chopped funchose in a colander so that all the liquid from it is glass.
- While the funchose drains and cools, you can start chopping vegetables. Peel 70 g of carrots (about half the average vegetable), then wash and grate on a special grater for Korean carrots.
- Half the fresh cucumber (70 g) also grate, but take a large nozzle.
- Thinly chop the bell pepper thinly into strips or cubes. It is better to choose red pepper, then the salad will be more saturated, however, yellow or green pepper is perfect.
- Take a small bunch of dill (about 3 branches) and chop it finely with a knife. If desired, dill can be chopped with a blender.
- Pour the funchose into a deep bowl, then add the chopped vegetables to the funchose, mix the ingredients thoroughly and season the salad with the special “Chim Chim” dressing, then mix again and leave it to stand for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
- At the very end, put the funchose salad on a large dish, on which you will serve appetizer to the table, sprinkle the salad with dressing Chim Chim sesame seeds.
