Ingredients
- Carrots - 4 pcs.
- Large onions - 4 pcs.
- Vegetable oil - for frying
- Petiole celery - 1 pc.
- Sweet pepper - 3 amount
- Hot chili pepper - 1 pc.
- Garlic - 13 cloves
- Thyme - 3 branches
- Meat (beef) - 1-1.2 kg
- Tomato paste - 300 g
- Sugar - 3-4 tbsp. l
- Water - 700-800 ml
- Salt to taste
- Boiled beans - 1 kg
- Greens (parsley, cilantro, dill) - to taste
Step cooking
- Soak the beans and boil in advance. Salt at the end of cooking. You can take two types of beans. Peel the carrots, cut into small cubes, then in small cubes and transfer to a bowl.
- Peel the onion and cut into small cubes.
- We put a pan and a frying pan on medium heat and pour vegetable oil into them. Spread the chopped onion and fry in a pan. Cut celery into small cubes, then diced. Carrots are sent to a preheated pan. Cut the sweet pepper into halves, clean the seeds. Then cut into strips and cubes, like all other ingredients. Chopped pepper sent to the pan to the onion, mix everything. Grind hot pepper with seeds and send to the onion. The amount of pepper can be reduced or increased if desired. Peel the garlic, set aside 4 cloves, chop the rest finely. We chop the thyme sprigs and send it along with the garlic into a pan with onion and pepper. Carrots are sent to the pan to the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Remove the pan from the fire.
- The meat is cleaned of films and veins, cut into pieces.
- Open a jar of tomatoes and send to the pan to fry, mix everything. Add sugar and mix again.
- If the tomato paste starts to burn, add water to the pan, salt and reduce the heat.
- Pass the meat through a meat grinder. We put the pan on the fire and fry the minced meat, then send it to the pan. Add the beans to the pan and mix everything.
- Add more water, mix and simmer for 15-20 minutes. Extinguishing times can be increased or decreased. Grind the greens and send to the pan. But this is optional. Rub the remaining cloves of garlic into the pan, bring its contents to a boil, mix and turn off the heat.
- We taste and add salt if necessary, mix. Put the finished dish in plates and serve. Enjoy your meal!
