Step cooking
Cook the cutlets
- We wash one small chicken fillet with cold running water, then dry it thoroughly with a paper towel. Cut the prepared meat into small pieces, and then send them to the blender bowl. Grind the chicken until smooth. We shift the chopped chicken into a deep bowl, in which we will knead the minced meat.
- Add one chicken egg, 35 g breadcrumbs to the meat, as well as salt and pepper to taste.
- With clean hands, knead a uniform thick dough. From the resulting test we form two round, flat cutlets. So that the stuffing does not stick during the molding process, slightly wet our hands with cold water. The number of cutlets depends on the diameter of your burger buns. The main thing is that cutlets correspond to the size of the roll.
- Strongly heat the pan, then pour 20-30 ml of refined sunflower oil into it.
- We spread the patties on hot oil and fry them over medium heat until cooked. We transfer the finished meat products to a dish pre-coated with a paper towel.
Putting a Chickenburger
- Two burger buns are cut lengthwise into two parts, using a knife for cutting bread. At the cut points, the cut product is slightly dried in a dry frying pan.
- In a separate bowl, mix 80 g of mayonnaise, 50 g of ketchup and 10 g of mustard. Mix the components until a homogeneous liquid mass is obtained. The sauce is ready!
- Grease the lower parts of the rolls with the prepared sauce.
- We take two lettuce leaves and cut them into small pieces, and then beautifully lay them on top of the sauce. We put the cooled chicken cutlets on the leaves.
- Next, put the cheese and a ring of tomato. If you have small tomatoes, then lay out a few circles.
- On top of the tomato we lay out several rings of fresh cucumber.
- The “hats” of the rolls are lightly greased with sauce and cover with them the formed chickenburger.
