Ingredients
wheat flour | 300 g |
minced pork | 250 g |
leek | 0.5 pc |
garlic | 2 cloves |
water | 100 ml |

vegetable oil | 3 tbsp. l |
Step cooking
- Pour 100 ml of water into a deep plate, drive 2 eggs into it, add 1 tsp. salt and 1 tsp. Sahara. Mix well with a whisk.
- Sift flour 300 g through a sieve and gradually send to the resulting mixture of eggs and water. Knead the dough until it becomes thick enough and stops sticking to your hands. We shift it to a flat surface, a little sprinkled with flour. We continue to knead the dough with our hands for about 5 minutes.
- We cover the dough with cling film and let it lie down for about 20 minutes.
- Finely chop half the onion and mix it with 250 g of minced pork. There we send 2 cloves of garlic, which we pre-peel and grate. Add 1 tsp to the ingredients. salt and mix well.
- We set the oven to heat up to 200 degrees. We free the dough from the film and divide it into 2 identical parts. Each of the parts is rolled into a layer of medium thickness.
- On one side of the dough we put half the stuffing of minced meat, evenly distributing it.
- Cover the filling with the other side of the cake and glue the edges of the dough.
- Grease a baking sheet 2 tbsp. l vegetable oil and put on it 2 pasties stuffed.
- Coat the dough with butter and send to the preheated oven for 20-30 minutes (be guided by the appearance of a golden crust).
- Ready chebureks give a little cool and can serve them on the table.

The following tips will help you prepare the perfect pasties without much effort:
- Never use yeast dough for making pasties, because then you will not be able to make them thin and crunchy.
- Experiment with different types of fillings to get more unusual tastes. An ideal option would be to add cheese, mushrooms or a tomato to the minced meat.
- Choose stuffing, in which there is a little fat, it will make the baking more juicy.
