Step cooking
- Cut rough edges with pita bread (3 pieces) and cut them into squares. It is more convenient to do this with kitchen scissors, but you can use a sharp knife.
- Peel the onion (120 grams), cut into small cubes and put in a bowl.
- Add pork and ground beef (300 grams) to the onion.
- Salt and pepper the minced meat to taste and mix well.
- Pour pure water (50 ml) into the minced meat and mix it again.
- Break a chicken egg (1 piece) into a small bowl or bowl and use a fork to loosen it until smooth.
- Take a square of pita bread and distribute diagonally in the form of a triangle with a thin layer of minced meat, not reaching 0.8-1 cm to the edge.
- Lubricate the left edge with a silicone brush.
- Cover the minced meat with the second half of pita bread, folding the square diagonally. Press the edges well with your fingers so that they stick together.
- Pour vegetable oil (150-200 ml) into the pan and warm it well. Carefully lay the prepared chebureks from pita bread and fry them on both sides on the fire a little more than medium to golden brown.
- Take the finished, fried pasties on a plate covered with a paper towel so that it absorbs excess vegetable oil.
Feed options
Serve lazy cheesecakes from pita bread hot or warm, because when they cool they lose their crunchy properties. To do this, loosely stack them in a pile and serve to the table. Lazy pasties made from pita bread are appropriate for breakfast for tea, during lunch - for broth, during the day - as a snack.
