- Tomato Paste - 15 g
- Fresh greens - 50 g
- Garlic - 3-4 cloves
- Water - 600 g
Step cooking
- We prepare the pots, wash them and dry them with moisture. Cut into large pieces 900 grams of pork neck and put in a separate container. Calculate the amount of ingredients for the number of pots that you want to cook.
- Wash, peel and cut one large carrot into small strips. If you have a small carrot, it is better to take two.
- We clean the large onion and cut into small cubes.
- Peel, wash and cut into large cubes 1 kilogram of potatoes.
- We put two non-stick pans on the stove and pour the amount of vegetable oil necessary for frying them. If you do not have two pans, then you can fry one at a time - first meat and then potatoes, but it will be longer. Put potatoes on one frying pan, and chopped meat on another. Fry potatoes without adding salt until golden brown.
- When the meat is slightly fried, add 45 grams of wheat flour to it, mix and fry for another 15 minutes. Add the chopped carrots and onions after 15 minutes, stir and fry for another 10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes add 15 grams of tomato paste and 150 grams of pure water. Mix everything thoroughly and add salt, black pepper to taste and 3-4 bay leaves.
- Again, mix the entire contents of the pan with meat and let it simmer until the sauce thickens.
- When the sauce has thickened, add another 150 grams of water and 3-4 chopped cloves of garlic. Bring the sauce to a boil and add another 150 grams of pure water.
- Let it boil for 5 minutes. Ready potatoes are shifted equally in pots. We do the same with all the meat and sauce, that is, we arrange them equally in pots.
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius, put our pots in it and simmer for 20-25 minutes. When the chanakhs are ready, put 100 grams of boiled beans in pots and sprinkle with chopped fresh herbs.
