Ingredients
- Egg - 4 pcs.
- Milk - 2 tbsp. l
- Salt - ½ tsp
- Cheese - 50 g
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l
- Butter - 10 g
- Greens to taste
Step cooking
- Separate the yolks from the proteins.
- In each bowl add one tablespoon of milk, salt (in half) and beat with a whisk.
- Grate the cheese.
- Add vegetable oil to the pan and put the butter. We heat up.
- Pour in the yolks, let them grab.
- Pour the proteins, cover and cook for 5 minutes over medium heat.
- We remove the lid and put the grated cheese on the middle of the omelet, cover it again.
- When the cheese begins to melt, we wrap the edges.
- Before serving, sprinkle the omelet with greens on top.
